
Our ‘On-Ramp’ beginners class meets for 7 sessions over the course of 2 weeks. Week 1 will meet Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 7pm while week 2 will meet Monday, Wednesday, Thursday at 7pm and Friday at 6pm. This program is designed for anyone interested in participating in our group CrossFit classes. ‘On-Ramp’ prepares you, regardless of skill level, for the technical proficiency that is required to be in the CrossFit group classes. During this period you and other beginners will learn a variety of different “basic” movements in a group setting. You will also learn about nutrition, recovery techniques, and the movements leading into the Olympic lifts, Power lifts, and the more complex lifting and gymnastic skills. You’ll also learn how to track your progress in a journal to ensure that you’re always improving. During this two-week time period your form and technique will improve, which will help you feel better prepared for the group classes.
Sometimes after 7 sessions, people aren’t quite ready for the complexity of group classes yet. If you or your coach feel this is the case, we have will pair you with one of our trainers for extra private sessions. You and your coach will work together to determine what the best course of action is for you.
For those who have been CrossFiting on your own or at other boxes: If you’d like to come experience our box, you might be able to graduate to our group classes via the test out option or a few personal training sessions. As long as you come in respectful and have quality technique, you may be able to join the group classes right away. We encourage anyone who feels like they are competent with CrossFit movements to take this path, but keep in mind we reserve the right to place you where we see fit.
Schedule and Cost
Our ‘On-Ramp’ classes will start as close to the 15th of every month as possible. Each class will run two weeks for a total of 7 sessions, and the cost is $120. We highly recommend staying with your group for the two weeks. However, if there are scheduling conflicts we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Private On-Ramp
If the evening On Ramp Program absolutely does not fit with your schedule, we can set you up with a coach for Private On-Ramp sessions. These can be scheduled at your convenience and are perfect for people with busy lives or those looking for some one-on-one attention.
The Private On-Ramp is sold as a 12-Pack of 30min sessions and costs $300. We’ve found that shorter, focused 30min sessions are more conducive to knowledge retention than more drawn out hour long sessions.
Some people that are more experienced or quick learners, won’t need all 12 sessions. In this case, we’ll refund the unused sessions toward your first month of training. So, if you only use 8 sessions, valued at $200, you’ll have a credit of $100 added to your account.
