Chair Massage this Saturday!!

Hey kids…just a heads up that Heather Roney will be in again this Saturday to offer up some chair massages. Heather is trained in Deep Tissue and Reiki and works for Kara’s Therapeutic Massage which is inside the Kabir Center for Health. She will be here during our regular Open Gym hours (9-11am). Check her out before your workout to get ready to dominate, or stop in for a little post-WoD TLC!! The massages are complimentary but tips are much appreciated :)

CSA and CFBN Night!

We will be getting a group of people together to go to the Bloomington Blaze game Saturday, March 17. The fliers to order the tickets at a discounted rate (10$) are on the table in the lobby. They would like these filled out no later than this Sunday. This will obviously be an epic CFBN night so don’t miss out. You can fill out the form and leave your money with it in the office.

The second order of business brings about some very exciting news. Amy Randazzo of Grani’s Acres Farm has presented us with an opportunity to start a CSA at the gym. For those of you unfamiliar with the concept of a CSA it is pretty simple. You will pay a set price at the beginning of the growing season and get weekly drop-offs of whatever is in season at the time. The gym will be the drop off point for our members. We have order forms on the table in the lobby that explain this more.
