    I MISS YOU ALL!!!! How’s blono?? Got a 1 rm power clean at 130 yesterday … coulda done more but I was sick all week and didn’t want to push my luck — remember when I was doing the 35 lb bar and that was a killer?! I ALSOOOOOO got my first handstand walk!!!!!! 3 “steps” yahooo!! Took a nasty NOT “tuck and roll” on the way down and hurt my knee pretty bad but it was totally worth it!

    Hope everyone’s doing well — miss you all — if I ever make it back down to ilstu I’ll definitely be in — If you’re ever up in the Chi or burbs let me know so we can cf together :) )
