WOD:
- 20 Minute AMRAP:
- 10 Wall Balls (20/14)
- 10 Pull-Ups
- 400 m run
*With this new warm-up we would like to “re-stress” the importance of getting to class on time and being ready to go at the top of the hour. Today we will be spending about 5 minutes after the warm-up to foam roll.
