Former member Jenn V. decided to hit up CFBN for a WOD last week!

SKILL: Handstands

(walking, holding, parrelletes, etc…)

WOD:

  • 20 Minute AMRAP:
  • 10 Wall Balls (20/14)
  • 10 Pull-Ups
  • 400 m run

 

*With this new warm-up we would like to “re-stress” the importance of getting to class on time and being ready to go at the top of the hour. Today we will be spending about 5 minutes after the warm-up to foam roll.

Meadow Haven Farm Coming Back Friday!

Jeremy from Meadow Haven Farm will be back this Friday at 4:30. If you want anything special from their list, be sure to call or email them to tell them directly. Otherwise, this will be conducted in the same manner as the last time they were here in that he will set up in the parking lot and you may buy anything he has to offer.  We have brochures on the table with their price list. If you are interested bring cash for your order.

  • 10 SDHP (95/65)
  • 15 Front Squats (95/65)
  • 10 Ring Dips

 

*We will be switching up the “Warm-Up” everyday from now on. It will be 10 minutes long and led by a coach, the warm-up will directly address what we will be working during the Strength/Skill and the WOD. This will also help us make sure we save time at the end to hit a proper cool down every day.
