    Great blog. 4-10 minute mobility wods. Everyone has 4-10 minutes a day to spend stretching/rolling etc…

    I agree. Most of you should recognize some of this stuff already. It’s always easier to follow someone else’s programming cuz it takes the guess work out of it. I’ll do his mobility wod with a little extra work on whatever problem areas I have for the day. Time well spent…
