SKILL:
MAX HEIGHT BOX JUMP
*For the box jump to go on the record board you must have both feet planted on the ground and jump from a standing position. After you are done with that, feel free to do one-step box jump or even running box jump onto stack tires.
WOD:
For time:
- Start w/800 m run
- 4 rnds of:
- 10 Pull-ups
- 10 Ring Dips
- 10 V-Sit-Ups
- Finish w/400 m run
