We are in week two of the Paleo/Fitness Challenge and things seem to be going pretty well. However, we would like to see alot more questions and comments in the gym and online. This challenge is for everyone to help each other out, no one has to go at this alone. Bring your food journals in for questions, and share recipes that are working for you with the rest of the gym. We have already had some good questions and recipe ideas, but these are mostly coming from the same people, lets get EVERYONE involved whether you are in the challenge or not.
