Handstand Practice

WoD: 2 Rounds for Time

  • 10 Thrusters
  • Virtual Shoveling, 10 reps each side (90/70)
  • 10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
  • Virtual Shoveling, 10 reps each side(90/70)
  • 20 Squat Jumps (max effort on jump height)
  • 30 Push-Ups

Use same bar for thrusters and high pulls (95/65).
