Handstand Practice
WoD: 2 Rounds for Time
- 10 Thrusters
- Virtual Shoveling, 10 reps each side (90/70)
- 10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
- Virtual Shoveling, 10 reps each side(90/70)
- 20 Squat Jumps (max effort on jump height)
- 30 Push-Ups
Use same bar for thrusters and high pulls (95/65).
