Skill/Strength: Turkish Get-Ups (go heavy) Handstand Practice WoD: 2 Rounds for Time 10 Thrusters Virtual Shoveling, 10 reps each side (90/70) 10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls Virtual Shoveling, 10 reps each side(90/70) 20 Squat Jumps (max effort on jump height) 30 Push-Ups Use same bar for thrusters and high pulls (95/65).
